Youth in grades 6 - 12 are invited to be part of our Youth Group or UMYF which usually meets on Sunday evenings from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m., with occasional activities scheduled on alternate days. Youth Group offers an opportunity for youth to have fun, build new relationships (we have youth from many different schools in the area), perform service in the community and beyond, and grow in their faith in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Once a month, we gather together for Worship Feast which includes dinner and a time of worship just for youth. Our youth praise band, Common Ground, provides the music for this monthly service. We also occasionally offer a special gathering time that is geared for senior high youth or middle school youth only. Other UMYF gatherings include game nights, a fall hayride and bonfire, meal preparation for a local shelter, discussion/Bible study night, movie night, laser tag, lock-ins, 30 Hour Famine, a Live Nativity and more!
