Many life events for Christians traditionally take place in the church. Some of these events are celebratory like the baptism of a new baby, the confirmation of youth as they accept their faith for themselves, and, of course, marriage between two people celebrating their love and commitment to each other. Other life events such as funerals and memorial services take place at a time when families are mourning and are overwhelmed with grief. Whatever the circumstances, the pastors and staff of Bethesda UMC are here to support you.
